Our team of certified Pilates instructors is passionate about helping you achieve your goals. We provide personalized instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner. They all teach Small Groups, Duets & 1:1 Personal Sessions.
Every VIP Session will include a warm-up, set-up for both the Vertical Climber & the majority of 55 minute session will be on the Pilates Reformer but we've added some exclusive advantages to your training. We'll also utilize Pilates Magic Circles, Pilates Balls, Bands, Bosu & Matwork to progress & challenge you. We promise a unique and luxurious experience with some premium stretching to complete your 55minute session & cool you down.
